PART 23: LUCIE

So, today was totally dud. There were some timely wasting messages, which was, you know, like, pretty normal, but just nothing. And it's like, I try not to let it get to me. But I'd be lying if I said that I haven't wrapped so much my confidence in myself and my appearance and stuff like that around work.

So, it can be so difficult when nothing's coming in and you've put your ads up everywhere and you know, you’re boosting your ads every, you know, hour or so, whenever you're allowed to. And you’re front and your centre. If anyone's searching, they're going to come across you and like, nothing happens. Nothing comes of it. And I know because we’re in a pandemic, like there's a lot of people who aren't going to have the means to see sex workers or who just aren’t coming out. I didn't get that but like…

Because I'm now sort of trying to isolate myself at home which is also where I do my work it's hard not to go a little bit stir crazy. Like there's no excuse for me not to take something that comes in if it's okay, because like, I'm here now, I don't have anything on, nothing's gonna drag me away. So when you have all this time that you could devote, to work, to bookings, but there's no bookings it’s just…I feel like total head case.
